The Institute of International Studies and Political Science at Pázmány Péter Catholic University has successfully finalised the pilot testing procedure of the Profformance Assessment Tool developed by the Hungarian Ministry of Innovation and Technology in cooperation with Tempus Public Foundation.
The testing process spanned from 1 July to 15 July 2025. We, the participant instructors, dedicated energy and time to both test the Assessment Tool as potential users and examine it from an expert’s view, evaluating its structure and wording. For us, the period of testing the Profformance Assessment Tool was marked by an exceptionally fruitful professional dialogue and a rich exchange of ideas connected to professional development, teaching and learning, institutional representation, and last but not least group cohesion.
The discussions sparked by the process of testing enhanced especially our understanding about our collectivity. The intensive learning experience we shared has not only expanded our knowledge but also provided us with deeper insights into ourselves as individuals. Perhaps, more importantly, we have gained valuable understanding about our group’s dynamics and goals, which will undoubtedly strenghten our collaboration in improving the processes of teaching and learning.
We sincerely thank to the developers and coordinators of the Profformance Assessment Tool for having made possible our participation in the Institutional Ambassador Network.
