Join the International PROFFORMANCE Peer Network of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education

The PROFFORMANCE Consortium invites higher education professionals to join a Europe-wide network dedicated to enhancing teaching quality, educator assessment, and support. Members will exchange experiences, showcase best practices, and test innovative tools such as the new PROFFORMANCE Assessment Toolkit (PAT).

What you gain

  • Peer learning – regular online meet‑ups with leaders of Teaching & Learning Centres, QA specialists, HR developers and programme heads.
  • Practical tools – early access to PAT and other resources that strengthen teacher assessment and development and quality enhancement of teaching and learning.
  • Networking spotlight – the opportunity to take part in a hands‑on simulation during the in‑person networking event on 16 October 2025 in Budapest (travel and subsistence is reimbursed for selected participants).

Who can join by expressing interest?

Staff authorised by their higher education institution to enhance teaching and learning quality—heads of T&L centres, QA or HR teams, curriculum designers, programme leaders.

How to join

  1. Submit your expression of interest via the online form by 31 May.
  2. Get authorisation from your HEI management to represent your institution at the network as PROFFORMANCE Institutional Ambassador.
    1. Committed to test the tool by 15 July
    2. Delegating you to the 16 October event in Budapest, if selected
    3. Engagement in further work of the network

All authorised applicants are welcome to the network’s online sessions; participants for the Budapest meeting will be confirmed in August.
