The PROFFORMANCE+ project now offers a complete set of short, self-paced online courses designed specifically for higher education teachers and education professionals. These courses are freely accessible and aim to enhance teaching quality through interactive microlearning modules.

Course Structure and Themes
The short courses are organized around the project’s four priority areas: Digitalization, Inclusion, Internationalization, and Sustainability. Within each priority, the courses cover four thematic areas:
Each module is interactive, applying microlearning principles, and participants can earn a badge upon completing each module, recognizing their achievement and engagement.
