Take the first step toward a more engaging and practical course!

The Profformance team of Tempus Public Foundation invites higher education teachers to participate in an international peer learning programme focused on student-centred course redesign.  

Work directly on your own courses, exchange practical strategies with international colleagues, and gain expert guidance.

• Guided expert support: structured development process + optional consultations 

• International peer exchange: share experiences and ideas with colleagues worldwide 

• Certificate of Participation: for completing minimum requirements

Key Learning Outcomes 

Participants will: 

• Design student-centred courses that improve learning outcomes 

• Use digital tools and learning environments to actively engage students 

• Promote inclusion, fairness in teaching diverse students 

• Follow international standards and proven teaching practices 

• Integrate sustainability principles into teaching 

Work through four selected modules on a Moodle platform, featuring practical strategies, examples, reflection tasks, and guidance.  

The PROFFORMANCE Short Courses, developed by 20 international higher education experts, are already available online in self-paced format – watch the introductory video on the course page.
