The PROFFORMANCE project was featured at the "Talks on Quality Assurance" event organized by EURASHE, where Szilvia Besze from the Tempus Public Foundation presented the PROFFORMANCE 3 dimensional assessment tool designed for higher education teachers and institutions. The presentation explored how this tool supports educators in reflecting on their teaching competencies, identifying areas for improvement. It was also highlighted that it provides comprehensive data for enhancing teachers' competencies and the overall quality of education at HEIs. In addition to PROFFORMANCE, the event featured discussions on key quality assurance initiatives, such as QA LEAD, QA-FIT, and ENQA’s work on micro-credentials, providing a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration among higher education professionals across Europe. |
