On November 14, 2024, Szilvia Besze delivered an online presentation titled "Profformance Toolkit for Enhancing Education Quality through University-Community Engagement" during the SQUARE - Addressing 3rd Mission in Universities: Local and Global conference, held at Caucasus University, Tbilisi. As part of the "3M – Policies and Practices" parallel session, she introduced the PROFFORMANCE Toolkit, emphasizing its role in supporting higher education institutions to enhance education quality through meaningful university-community engagement. Her presentation highlighted how the toolkit aids educators in aligning teaching practices with community needs, fostering impactful societal contributions, and supporting universities' third mission goals. The hybrid format allowed both in-person and virtual participants to engage in discussions about policies and practices for strengthening university-societal connections
