Short description	On April 24-25, 2023, Szilvia Besze represented the PROFFORMANCE project at the EDUdig final conference and Teaching Day at the FH OÖ University of Applied Sciences in Linz, Austria. The focus was on developing educators' digital competencies, where Szilvia led a 65-minute workshop showcasing the PROFFORMANCE Assessment Tool and its role in evaluating and improving teachers' digital skills. Participants engaged in a hands-on session, testing the tool’s digital competency assessment features. Despite a small group due to parallel sessions, the workshop was productive, with valuable feedback, particularly from a participant with both student and teacher perspectives, offering insights to improve the tool's user-friendliness. The session successfully highlighted the tool's practical application in enhancing digital teaching competencies.
