Szilvia Besze, Senior Coordinator of the PROFFORMANCE+ project, was honoured to have the opportunity to present a poster at EQAF 2025, where the session underscored that strengthening resilience through participatory quality enhancement is crucial for addressing the increasingly complex challenges in higher education. The concept is based on a continuous, iterative approach to improving teaching and learning practices. The presented model builds on stakeholder involvement, sustained dialogue and collaborative problem-solving, supporting data-informed and agile decision-making through the integrated use of the PROFFORMANCE tools. During the poster session, the concepts were discussed with approximately 30–40 participants, focusing on practical strategies for implementing the development cycle and embedding stakeholder engagement in institutional QA processes. The added value of the PROFFORMANCE tools and the underlying approach was further explored with peers in the discussions during various conference workshops, demonstrating how they can strengthen supportive development programmes and contribute to adaptive, forward-looking quality development. |
