The PROFFORMANCE consortium is delighted to announce the PROFFORMANCE Final Conference, which will take place on 16th June 2022. You are warmly invited to take part in this hybrid-format event in Budapest, Hungary.
The conference is the closing event of the Erasmus+ co-funded PROFFORMANCE - Assessment Tool and Incentive Systems for Developing Higher Education Teachers' Performance - project, which aims to support the quality enhancement of Teaching and Learning at higher education institutions in the EHEA, by developing a teacher performance evaluation tool and incentive system, by collecting and sharing good practices.
Thirteen partners from eight European countries worked together with nearly 30 experts for two years to achieve the main project objectives. During the conference, the PROFFORMANCE project and its results will be presented in all its aspects to the wider international public.

The event will focus on the PROFFORMANCE project’s results: the Assessment Tool for higher education teachers' performance will be presented. The award ceremony of International Higher Education Teacher Award will also take place with the presentation of the best practices. Furthermore, the online searchable PROFFORMANCE Teaching Excellence Database will be launched.

The conference also provides networking opportunity for participants from across the European Higher Education Area, and this event will serve as the first meeting of the PROFFORMANCE Network

Presenters will offer an outlook to future activities of the PROFFORMANCE consortium, planned between 2022 and 2025.
