Semmelweis hosts international conference on educational development – Semmelweis University

At the 2023 Semmelweis University Educational Conference, the PROFFORMANCE project was also introduced among other important initiatives aimed at enhancing higher education. In his presentation, “PROFFORMANCE Project – The Scientific Background of the Learning- and Teaching-Based International Teachers’ Assessment System in Higher Education,” Dr. Vilmos Vass (Associate Professor at Metropolitan University, Budapest, Institute of Social Sciences and International Relations) highlighted the scientific foundations guiding the development of the PROFFORMANCE tool. Attendees learned about the methodology behind its structured self-reflection approach, its potential to improve teaching quality, and its role in promoting both ongoing professional development and international collaboration in higher education.
