Short description	On September 10, 2024, Szilvia Besze presented the PROFFORMANCE products to the Hungarian European University Alliances (EUAs), highlighting their role in strengthening international collaborations and enhancing teaching quality. She introduced the PROFFORMANCE Assessment Tool (PAT) as a democratic, neutral, and adaptable resource that complements existing institutional quality assurance systems. The PAT offers a standardized yet flexible framework for evaluating teaching competencies, enabling comparability across institutions while respecting local quality assurance practices. The tool promotes evidence-based decision-making, supports teaching excellence, and helps institutions identify strengths and areas for improvement, fostering professional development and collaboration in higher education.
