At the DisCo 2023 conference, “PROFFORMANCE: How to Assess Higher Education Teacher Competences” was presented by Jan Beseda, Ida Dringó-Horváth, and Ruaidhri Neavyn, offering an in-depth look at a structured methodology designed to assess and enhance the teaching competencies of higher education teachers.
