Digitalisation in International Higher Education: Forward-Looking Perspectives conference

At the Digitalisation in International Higher Education: Forward-Looking Perspectives conference, held on March 1-2, 2023, and co-organized by Dům zahraniční spolupráce (DZS), the Czech National Agency for International Education and Research, and the Academic Cooperation Association (ACA), Jan Beseda presented the PROFFORMANCE project.
The conference brought together higher education experts, policymakers, internationalization practitioners, and academics to discuss the digital transformation of universities. During his presentation, Jan Beseda highlighted how PROFFORMANCE supports educators in adapting to digital and blended learning environments. The PROFFORMANCE toolkit, with its assessment tool, teaching excellence database, and professional development framework, was introduced as a practical resource for enhancing teaching and international cooperation in the digital age.
Participants engaged in discussions on the challenges and opportunities of digitalization, sharing best practices and strategies for integrating innovative digital solutions in higher education institutions across Europe.
