PROFFORMANCE+ as a Tool for Conscious Development The interactive session brought together international coordinators, Erasmus officers, quality assurance staff and academic development experts from Hungarian higher education institutions. Participants explored how the PROFFORMANCE+ Toolkit can support evidence-based enhancement of teaching and learning across key dimensions such as course design, the learning environment, student assessment and societal engagement, while integrating cross-cutting themes including internationalisation, digitalisation, inclusion and sustainability. Through a collaborative card-based exercise inspired by the Toolkit’s recommendations, participants reflected on everyday challenges and identified practical ways to apply PROFFORMANCE+ resources—short courses, the Teaching Excellence Database and the assessment framework—to their own institutional contexts. The session highlighted how the Toolkit can serve as a shared reference point for strengthening educational quality and fostering cooperation across institutions and roles.
