Call for Participation – Joint Competence Assessment by IPAs (1 April – 15 June 2026)
We warmly invite both former and newly joined IPAs (Institutional PROFFORMANCE Ambassadors) to take part in the upcoming Joint Course Design Competence Assessment phase within the PROFFORMANCE community events.
The assessment will be conducted within your own institution in the frame of the International Institutional PROFFORMANCE Ambassadors Network. Although the process involves a joint assessment, institutional-level results will remain accessible only to the respective institutional administrators, while only aggregated data will be shared publicly.
Key Steps to Participate
The joint endeavour will follow a Continuous Development Cycle (CDC). More info on CDC.
Activities to be followed:
- Access your institutional network within the Inetrnational Instittutional PROFFORMANCE Ambassador Network at PAT tool.profformance.eu (as used during the previous phase or upon registration, your institution will be added to the joint network).
- Create a new task titled: “Course Design Competence Assessment” within your institutional subnetwork.
- Assign the full TA1 to the task.
- Set the deadline to 15 June 2026.
- Add participating teachers and organize the process according to the following minimum requirements:
- At least 4 instructors and 8 students involved
- Organize a kick-off meeting to clarify objectives, roles, tasks, and timeline
- Each instructor must:
- Complete a self-assessment
- Provide and receive at least one peer feedback
- Should receive at least 2 student feedbacks
- Ensure completion of TA1 (self-, peer-, and student assessment), followed by analysis and conclusions
- Continuous documentation and reporting using the provided templates
Assessment Approach and Support
The joint assessment and support activities are carried out using PROFFORMANCE tools:
- The assessment is conducted with the Profformance Assessment Tool
- at least 4 participants are expected to take part and complete the minimum requirements in the supported online short course (PLA) between 1 April and 15 June 2026

Timeline and Follow-up
- Assessment period: 1 April – 15 June 2026
- Technical support webinar: 14 April, 13:00–14:30 CET
- Participants who successfully complete the process may be invited to an on-site workshop in October 2026, based on their level of activity
- IPAs who are also involved as teachers and complete both activities may be eligible to join the full 4-day programme
