GOALS OF 2ND PLA :
1) Connecting Vertical and Horizontal Aspects of Competency Framework
2) Prepare framework of 3rd dimension layer of Assessment Tools (decide to which actors assess which competency)
3) 3D structure of assessment tools
Day 2: 18th March
Input: Competency Framework Matrix – Matched Horizontal and Vertical Dimension
Goals: To understand role of different actors (assessors) in Assesment Tool
Output: 3D structure of Assesment Tool
Methodology:
Group A: Teachers -self/Teacher peers
Group B: External Stakeholders
Group C: Students/HEI management
Task: Decide which actors should assess which competency/and its aspects – digitalisation, universal design and internatilazation
Next steps: Based on Output: 3D structure of Assesment Tool preparing indicators and basic parameters of Assesment Tool for/during 3rdPLA
- Step write which Horizontal aspects should be matched Yes/Maybe/No Use traffic light system to mark which horizonatal aspect match which competency.
- Steps decide which actors should assess which aspects of competency. The group focused on external stakeholders has to decide which stakeholders will assess (NGO, employer, regional goverment, rector conference...)
