Goals of 2nd PLA :
1) Connecting Vertical and Horizontal Aspects of Competency Framework
2) Prepare framework of 3rd dimension layer of Assesment Tools (decide to which actors assess which competency)
3) 3D structure of assessment tools
Day 1: 4th March 2021
Input: Competency Framework Matrix
Goals: To understand role of horizontal categories in the Competency Framework/Assessment Tools
To Connecting Vertical and Horizontal Aspects of Competency Framework
Output: 2D structure of Assesment Tool
Methodology:
Group A: Digitalisation
Group B: Universal Design
Group C: Internalization
Each group will work with its version of Competency Matrix. The links will be part of the program on Tue 2nd March.
Task: Decide which horizontal aspects match with vertical aspects.
The WG Leaders will be responsible for filling the final Competency 2D Matrix till 11th March.
