Minimum engagement: a few hours in total to complete the basic requirements for certification

Active participation: approximately 1–2 hours per week, especially when engaging in peer learning and course development activities
The online course supports participants in improving their own university courses by applying new approaches related to digitalisation, internationalisation, inclusion, and sustainability.
The course includes:

interactive Genially learning modules

Moodle exercises and quizzes
-
discussion forums
-
course development tasks
Participants work at their own pace within the given timeframe.
Participation Requirements
The course uses a gamified point system.

Maximum points: 120

Minimum points for certificate of participation: 60
Basic activities
To get a Certificate of participation, participants must complete the following activities:

self-assessment using the Profformance Assessment tool platform.

go through the learning materials in Geniallly all 4 course design modules

quizzes and exercises

participation in required discussion forums

final quiz
-
course evaluation
Optional activities
Additional practical exercises are available for extra points related to course topics.
Participants who engage more actively in peer learning and course development tasks may gain additional points and deeper feedback on their course improvements.
Interaction and Community Activities
Participants will engage in several online discussions and reflective activities, where they can learn form each other and share knowledge and experience, or finding future partners for collaboration.
Introduction forum
Participants introduce themselves and briefly present the course they aim to improve.
Good practice forum
Participants share examples, ideas, and teaching practices with peers.
Final self-reflection exercise
Participants reflect on their learning outcomes and the improvements made to their courses.
Some forums are mandatory for basic requirements, while others provide additional points.

Online Consultations
Participants may join optional online consultations with experts:

Certificate and Further Opportunities
Participants who collect at least 60 points receive a certificate of participation.
The most active, top ranked participants will be invited to an in-person workshop in Budapest in October, where accommodation and catering will be provided.
