About the event

This event aims to simulate a development cycle within the framework of continuous improvement, encouraging both horizontal and vertical cooperation among stakeholders. Participants will engage in activities such as goal setting, competency assessment using the PROFFORMANCE Assessment Tool (PAT), joint strategy development, and creating action plans that include the PROFFORMANCE supporting toolkit. The practical, sequential activities are designed to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.

Opening remarks and introduction to EHEA and EU policy goals in Higher Education

9:15–10:45

Setting a Common Goal - Parallel group discussion to identify shared objectives aligned with policy directions

Activity description

​Group work structure (all groups):

  • Intro by facilitators: clarify objectives and method
  • Thematic discussion: 10 minutes per priority area (DIGI, INTL, INCL, SUST)
  • Goal formulation: draft one policy-aligned goal per priority area
  • Wrap-up: review and prepare to present

Outputs

  • 2-minute pitches to present the identified goals
  • Reconciliation of all goals - finding common points of all levels - plenary.
  • Choosing 10 competence areas of PAT adjusted to new joint goals
