PROFFORMANCE for Empowering Educators with Student-Centered Approaches
The PROFFORMANCE+ project participated at the "5th Conference and Exhibition on Educational Informatics in Higher Education," where Dr. Linda Huszár and Szilvia Besze delivered an insightful presentation titled "Student-Centered Educator" and led an interactive workshop.
PROFFORMANCE project products have been presented, how they support higher education professionals in enhancing their teaching strategies by prioritizing student engagement and adapting courses to meet individual learner needs. During the workshop, participants were given the chance to experience the PROFFORMANCE assessment tool in action by assessing the competencies of the persona of Hungarian educators in evaluating student performance. The diverse range of results reflected varying views and opinions on current practices, illustrating that while there are numerous examples of excellence, there remains opportunity for further development and growth in this area.
