The PROFFORMANCE workshop at the European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF), held from 23-25 November 2023 at the University of Aveiro in Portugal, was led by Barbara Coelho Gabriel, an expert in Profformance+ project. The 105-minute in-person session focused on exploring the PROFFORMANCE assessment tool, starting with an overview of the project's key features, followed by a live demonstration of the self-assessment tool and an interactive review of its statements. Participants provided constructive feedback, eg. suggestions included adapting the tool to national contexts, and adding guidance with examples and recommended actions. The workshop reaffirmed the tool's value in supporting quality assurance and improving teaching and learning practices in higher education. |
