The PROFFORMANCE+ project offers a complete set of short, self-paced online courses designed specifically for higher education teachers and education professionals. These courses are freely accessible and aim to enhance teaching quality through interactive microlearning modules.

Course Structure and Themes

The short courses are organized around the project’s four priority areas: Digitalization, Inclusion, Internationalization, and Sustainability. Within each priority, the courses cover four thematic areas:

Student-Centered Course Design – strategies for creating courses that actively engage and support students.
Innovative Teaching and Learning – methods and tools for modern, creative, and effective instruction.
Student Learning Assessment – approaches to assess and improve students’ learning outcomes.
Impact and Mission with and for Society – linking teaching practice to societal goals and the broader mission of higher education.

Each module is interactive, applying microlearning principles.

The course modules were carefully designed, peer-reviewed by experts, and tested to ensure they are user-friendly and relevant to contemporary higher education challenges.

RECOGNITION

IMPORTANT: Going through the full course content is a prerequisite for receiving the badge/certificate.
